2. Access to and Use of the Website
Visitors and users of the website must use the website in accordance with applicable law, good commercial practices and these Terms.
Any use of the website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that may cause damage to the business, the website, other users or third parties is prohibited.
The business makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the website operates properly and securely. However, it does not guarantee that the website will be continuously available or free from technical problems.
3. Products and Product Information
The business makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information, descriptions, photographs and characteristics of the products displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
However, due to the nature of certain products, particularly handmade or natural products, minor variations in colour, dimensions, texture or other characteristics may occur.
Product photographs are provided for the best possible presentation of the products and may differ slightly from the actual product, including due to the settings of the customer's device or screen.
4. Product Availability
Product availability is indicated on the website to the extent technically possible.
The indication that a product is available does not exclude the possibility of an unforeseen change in availability.
If, after an order has been placed, it is discovered that a product is unavailable, the business will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, offer an alternative solution, product replacement, waiting period until the product becomes available, or refund of the relevant amount, as applicable.
5. Product Prices
Product prices are displayed in euros (€).
Retail prices displayed on the website include the applicable VAT, where VAT applies.
Shipping costs are displayed to the customer before the order is completed and depend on the selected shipping method and the characteristics of the order.
Orders with a total value over €59.00 qualify for free nationwide shipping within Greece, subject to the applicable shipping terms of the business.
The business reserves the right to change product prices. The price applicable to each order is the price displayed at the time the order is completed.
6. Orders
Customers may place orders through the ordering process provided on the website.
Before completing an order, the customer has the opportunity to review the order details, products, quantities, price, shipping costs and selected payment method.
Once an order has been completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email, where technically possible.
The business may contact the customer to confirm or clarify information relating to an order whenever this is considered necessary.
7. Made-to-Order and Personalised Products
Certain products are available made to order, meaning that they are manufactured or prepared after an order has been placed or require additional preparation time.
In certain cases, customers may also request products that are manufactured or adapted according to their specific requirements, preferences or personalised specifications.
The preparation and delivery time for such products may be longer than the delivery time for products that are immediately available.
Where applicable, the customer will be informed of the estimated preparation or delivery time.
Where a product is manufactured exclusively according to the customer's specifications or is clearly personalised, the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal may apply, in accordance with applicable law.
This exception does not automatically apply to every product described as “made to order”. Its application depends on the actual characteristics and method of manufacture or personalisation of the product.
8. Payment Methods
The business offers the following payment methods:
8.1 Debit or Credit Card
Payment may be made by debit or credit card through the available secure electronic payment system.
Card details are not stored by the business but are submitted to and processed by the relevant payment service provider.
8.2 Apple Pay
Payment may be made through Apple Pay, provided that this payment method is available on the customer's device and within the applicable payment environment.
8.3 Google Pay
Payment may be made through Google Pay, provided that this payment method is available on the customer's device and within the applicable payment environment.
8.4 PayPal
Payment may be made through PayPal.
An additional 3% charge on the total order amount applies when PayPal is selected as the payment method.
The additional charge is calculated and displayed to the customer before the order is completed, so that the customer is aware of the final amount payable.
8.5 Bank Transfer
Customers may pay for their order by bank transfer or bank deposit to the bank account indicated by the business.
The order will be processed after confirmation of payment, unless otherwise agreed with the business.
In the case of a bank transfer, the customer may be requested to provide proof of payment where this is necessary to confirm the transaction.
8.6 Cash on Delivery
Orders may be paid for by cash on delivery, where this payment method is available for the relevant order.
The amount due is paid directly to the cooperating courier or delivery provider upon delivery.
Any applicable cash-on-delivery fee will be displayed to the customer before the order is completed.
8.7 Payment Security
The business takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of electronic transactions.
Payment information is processed, where applicable, through specialised payment service providers and in accordance with their respective security and privacy policies.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during the checkout process.
The estimated delivery time depends on product availability, preparation time, destination and the selected shipping method.
Orders with a total value over €59.00 qualify for free nationwide shipping within Greece, subject to the applicable shipping terms.
9.1 Change of Shipping Method or Carrier
If, after an order has been completed, it is determined that the selected shipping method or carrier involves a cost for the business that is significantly higher than the shipping cost originally calculated at the time of the order, the business may, following prior notification to and agreement with the customer, ship the order using a different shipping method and/or carrier.
Such a change may be made for availability, technical, operational or economic reasons and is intended to ensure the smooth and practical fulfilment of the order.
In all cases, changing the shipping method or carrier will not result in any additional charge to the customer beyond the shipping costs already displayed and agreed upon when the order was completed.
If the customer does not agree to the proposed change, the business will communicate with the customer in order to find an appropriate solution.
The business may not unilaterally charge the customer any additional shipping cost that was not disclosed before the order was completed.
10. Inspection upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the packaging and the product upon delivery, to the extent reasonably possible.
In the event of visibly damaged packaging or obvious damage to the product, the customer is advised to notify the business promptly and, where possible, record the damage at the time of delivery.
Failure to report damage upon delivery does not affect the consumer's statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming products.
11. Right of Withdrawal
For distance contracts to which the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which they acquire physical possession of the goods, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the business by means of a clear statement through the available contact details.
Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, within the applicable statutory period.
Return Shipping Costs
In the case of withdrawal due simply to a change of mind, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne exclusively by the customer, provided that the customer has been informed of this obligation in advance.
The business will refund the amounts required by applicable law in connection with the withdrawal.
Refunds will be made within the statutory period and, where permitted by law, the business may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back.
If the customer has selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the business, the additional cost resulting from that choice will not be refunded, in accordance with applicable law.
The customer is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
12. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where an exception is provided by applicable law.
By way of example, the right of withdrawal may not apply to products that:
-
are manufactured according to the customer's specifications;
-
are clearly personalised;
-
have been specifically manufactured for a particular customer; or
-
fall within another statutory exception to the right of withdrawal.
The mere fact that a product is described as “made to order” does not automatically mean that it is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
13. Returns of Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective, does not conform to its agreed description or characteristics, or a different product from the one ordered has been delivered, the customer should contact the business as soon as reasonably possible.
Such cases do not constitute ordinary withdrawal due to a change of mind and are governed by the consumer's statutory rights.
Where a product is defective or non-conforming, the relevant return costs will not be borne by the consumer, in accordance with applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances and the consumer's statutory rights, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
14. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped by contacting the business as soon as possible.
The possibility of cancellation depends on the stage at which the order has reached.
For products that have already been manufactured or specifically customised according to the customer's requirements, the statutory exceptions referred to in Section 12 may apply.
15. Wholesale – Business Customers
The business provides a separate Wholesale facility for professionals, businesses and commercial partners through the relevant section of the website.
The prices displayed in the Wholesale section do not include VAT.
The applicable VAT will be added in accordance with the applicable tax legislation.
Access to or use of the Wholesale service may require the creation of a professional account and the submission of the necessary business information.
Wholesale prices and terms apply in accordance with the information displayed in the relevant professional account and/or on the website.
The business reserves the right to request verification of the customer's business information where necessary.
16. User Account
Users may create an account on the website where this functionality is available.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access credentials.
Users must notify the business if they become aware of any unauthorised use of their account.
The business reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account in the event of a breach of these Terms or applicable law.
17. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content of the website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, product descriptions and other material, is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.
Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publishing or commercially exploiting any content of the website without the prior written permission of the business or the relevant rights holder is prohibited.
18. Product Photographs and Content
Product photographs and descriptions constitute intellectual property and/or commercial content belonging to the business or to third parties who have granted the relevant rights of use.
Their use, reproduction or republication for commercial or other purposes without prior permission is prohibited.
19. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
The business is not responsible for the content, security, availability or privacy practices of such third-party websites or services.
Access to third-party websites is undertaken at the user's own responsibility.
20. Privacy and Personal Data
The business collects and processes users' and customers' personal data only to the extent necessary for the provision of its services, the processing of orders, communication with customers, compliance with legal obligations and other lawful purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
For more information regarding the collection, use, storage and protection of personal data, users may refer to the website's Privacy Policy.

For further information, users may refer to the website's Cookie Policy.
The website may also use third-party security services, such as Google reCAPTCHA, to protect against automated or malicious use.
22. Communication and Marketing Messages
The business may contact customers in relation to their orders, delivery, payment or other matters concerning their transaction.
Where required by applicable law, promotional or marketing communications will only be sent following the required consent of the user.
Users may withdraw their consent to receive promotional or marketing communications in accordance with the relevant procedure provided in the communication.
23. Limitation of Liability
The business makes reasonable efforts to ensure the proper operation of the website and the timely processing of orders.
The business shall not be liable for delays or inability to fulfil its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, by way of example, telecommunications or network failures, payment system failures, courier or transport company delays, natural disasters, strikes, governmental measures or other force majeure events.
Nothing in this provision limits the statutory rights of consumers under applicable law.
24. Force Majeure
The business shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
In the event of such circumstances, the business will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and find an appropriate solution.
25. Amendments to These Terms
The business reserves the right to amend or update these Terms where necessary due to changes in legislation, services, website functionality or for other reasonable business purposes.
The amended Terms shall become effective once published on the website, unless otherwise stated.
The Terms applicable to an order are those in force at the time the order is completed, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
26. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Greek law, subject to any mandatory provisions of law protecting consumers.
In the event of a dispute, the business and the customer will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably.
In all cases, consumers retain all rights granted to them under applicable Greek and European legislation.
